Nurse Katrina was wonderful! She knew what she was doing and understood my discomfort with the procedure. A very knowledgable professional she explained everything and made it the best cervical screening I've ever had. The after effect was also very minimal. Katrina made me so comfortable that I laughed through out the screening, something that has never happened in my 40 plus years of life. I would recommend her a million and one times. Thanks nurse!

Katrina was AMAZING! She listened to everything that I said and was so knowledgeable about treatments and my health. She was caring, which is so refreshing considering my past experiences with doctors/nurses. I trusted her with my care, as it was clear that she knew what she was doing and my best interests where at the forefront of what she was doing. I would wholeheartedly recommend her!!

Ms Katrina Taylor was a great nurse for my cervical screening today. She was very good at putting me into a relaxed state of mind for an intimate procedure, explaining what she was going to do before she did it. Her care was considerate, always available for questions if I had any - she wasn't flustered by my asking to talk me through the steps to prepare for the cervical screening (where to place my head and legs). She did well to customise my care by taking my body proportions into consideration (I am petite build, so she opted, from the start, to use a small speculum). She explained the science behind the procedure (inner and outer sampling), and the SLA to hear back on results (6 weeks), as well as what to do if I hadn't received my results by that point.
